Colin Stolley
Mr. Stolley is a partner at Sarkar & Stolley. His practice includes criminal defense, domestic law and intellectual property issues.
Mr. Stolley obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. He was a staff editor on The John Marshall Journal of Computer and Information Law, a member of the dean's list and a recipient of two CALI academic excellence awards. In addition, Mr. Stolley served as a law clerk for the Cook County Public Defender and the Illinois Attorney General.
Mr. Stolley received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Mr. Stolley is admitted to practice law in Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Stolley is also a volunteer at the Cabrini Green Legal Aid Clinic in Chicago, Illinois.
